"The MTC is GREAT! My companion is Sister O'Grady and we get along so, so well. She is fantastic! She is going to the London South Mission and London Temple Visitors Centre. We have so much in common. We are the only sisters in our district going to England/VC's. The rest (2 sisters and 4 elders) are going to Roseville, California. So they will leave and sister O'Grady and I will remain here. But we get to go to Temple Square the 3rd week for training!!!!! Our district is amazing. The Elders were really awkward at first but have now warmed up to us. They are hilarious! And they have such strong testimonies and experiences. So, my district is one of about 8 who get to test out IPADS! It's so great!"
O.K. this next part is especially for Taylie Turner ;)... "I've seen Elder Schwanke!! He clarified the clothespin mishap to me and it wasn't him!!" (Heather said she would give more details in her next email)
She goes on to say that she and her companion have been assigned as the new Sister Training Leaders and Heather is the Senior Companion!
And finally..."It has been shown to me many more times that this is where I am supposed to be. No doubt! I know my biggest struggle will be my own self-doubt but the Lord is with me constantly. The spirit is so pure here. I love it. Heavenly Father is mindful of me. It's hard, but He is guiding me, Christ's love is eternal and I fell it with me constantly...This is where the Lord needs and wants me. I love you all SO" much and I keep you in my prayers. Thank you for your love and support and prayers. God be with you till we meet again. :)"
